Business is becoming more international as globalization is spreading around the world. The businesses are under the pressure to cope with the new developments, new trends and new challenges. The need for business graduates with global perspective and know-how is growing. The aim of the International Trade and Business Program is to enhance the students with knowledge and specialization in global business. The students are expected to learn how firms function in international business environment. The graduates of the Program are endowed with the knowledge and skills to assume responsibility in global firms and/or in their own enterprises. They learn how to contribute to the firm’s efficiency, profitability and environment-friendly growth.

Difference in Education

The International Trade and Business Program differentiate from similar programs in that students are learning language skills on top of business skills. The medium of instruction in the Program is English. Hence the graduates of the Program speak, read and write English very well. The Program provides facilities to graduate multi-lingual young men and women who become successful in the global environment. Another important differentiation is that the graduates of the Program communicate, perform, and establish partnerships with the members of different cultures and different nations. The students are encouraged to understand, analyze and respect other cultures to establish good relations.

Private firms that are involved in international business are looking for people with a degree in this Program. The graduates also start their own firms or they work for their family firms bringing all the new knowledge and technology to improve the performance of these firms. Moreover, public offices responsible for international trade and business are additional employment opportunities for the graduates of the Program.
